A typical day may look like:
Reporting to the Branch Manager you will focus on developing strong customer relationships.

Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers, primary producers and trade customers and the focus of your role is to provide a memorable experience for all customers either in store or over the telephone whilst:


  • Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting and dispatching of goods
  • Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries
  • When required, you will complete deliveries in our company vehicles
  • Assisting customers with pricing and product queries
  • Processing counter sales
  • Maintaining safety processes
  • Assisting with merchandise campaign material
  • Maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and wellpresented store environment

A little about you:


  • MR/HR licence required and advantageous to have a forklift ticket.
  • You must demonstrate a passion for customer service as well as a positive approach and the determination to succeed
  • Ideally you will have exposure to or a strong passion in farming and agriculture with the enthusiasm to learn about new products
  • Previous success in a sales or customer service role
  • You will be a selfmotivated person capable of nurturing and sustaining strong customer relationships with the ability to follow through and "get the job done" in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team with the ability to take direction well
  • You will be keen to learn all aspects of retail operations and sales.
