Graduate Program: Starting in February 2025, our 24-month program is your launchpad


You'll:

  • Rotate: Dive into diverse projects, technologies, and functions across our IT team.
  • Learn: Accelerate your IT career through handson experience, mentorship, and skillbuilding workshops to develop both personally and professionally.
  • Network: Socialise with local and global peers, travel, and connect with industry leaders.
  • Deliver**:Contribute value from day one, doing meaningful work and delivering real results.

Tech Tracks: Choose your path:

  • Data & analytics: create valuable insights using machine learning and other leading data technologies.
  • Digital architecture & engineering: help us build exceptional farmer experiences through digital products and services that touch most of our 100,00 customers.
  • Infrastructure & cybersecurity: drive service excellence via secure, modern, and customercentric IT services.
  • Enterprise technologies: implement solutions that improve engagement and productivity for our people and extensive retail network.
  • Planning and delivery: learn business engagement and analysis, project management, and other important change and transformation skills.

What you'll need to be successful
To thrive in our fertile tech soil, you'll need to:

  • Have graduated prior to the commencement of the 2025 program or no longer than 3 years ago with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, strong communication skills and a passion for agriculture.
  • Demonstrate customer service, problem solving and leadership capabilities.
