As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Purchasing Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage quotations and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best commercial outcomes.
Select the most suitable suppliers and place orders in alignment with cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of purchase orders, from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Expedite purchase orders and monitor supplier performance to meet project deadlines.
Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot issues for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate domestic and international orders with delivery partners, tracking shipments to ensure ontime delivery.
Review purchase order confirmations for accuracy and compliance with engineering specifications.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate order and logistics information for project deliveries.
Support warehouse operations and contribute to inventory management processes.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance purchasing processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

Strong customer focus and proactive approach to delivering outstanding support.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fastpaced, crossfunctional teams.
Resilience and problemsolving capabilities.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Proficient communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
Attention to detail with proficient written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
CIPS or APICS Certification (Desirable).
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the industry.
