Verve is very excited to be partnering with Matt Hall Racing to support them in finding them a part time Office Manager.

This will be an 8 month contract to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of extension.

This role is an integral part of the business to ensure that the operations are running smoothly. You'll be based in their office at Marks Point inside Lake Macquarie Airport.

This is a part time role, 3 days a week 9-5 ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday but happy to negotiate around your needs.

Handover and training provided and ongoing support available but this role will be fairly autonomous.

You'll be responsible for:

Handling the RedBull experiences and event organising
Liaising with external bookkeeper and handling small invoices
Managing the rotating monthly rosters
Booking flights and accommodation
Ad hoc duties for Matt Hall when required

Essentially you'll have:

Administration experience
Great communication
Excellent customer service skills
Warm and fun personality
Ability to work autonomously
