ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Facilitate and advocate a usercentred design process.
Participate in user research, including customer interviews and user testing.
Meet with clients to understand their requirements (business analysis).
Lead and participate in team brainstorms and other idea generation activities.
Sketch highlevel strategic concepts that answer user and business needs.
Create information architecture and interactive prototypes in 'clickable' prototype platforms such as Axure and Figma.
Present solutions to team members and clients in clear and compelling ways.
Oversee the implementation of solutions and provide tactical interaction design as required

QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

Deep knowledge of usercentric design, information architecture, experience strategy, product and service design and associated qualitative and quantitative customer research techniques
Broad (but less indepth) knowledge of visual design, frontend software development etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
The ability to mentor junior experience designers.
Intellectual curiosity and a keen eye on the future of design and technology.
