- Respond to Training and leaning and development (TLOD) queries and feedback promptly and efficiently.
- Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders on TLOD projects and programs.
- Coordinate TLOD schedules, registrations, and logistics.
- Work with external RTO in setting up schedules and required training.
- Work with internal stakeholder to determine appropriate TLOD schedules/requirements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for TLOD activities.
- Maintain records of TLOD activities and participant progress.
- Ability to converse and work with Manager and Business Partners at all levels
- Demonstrated track record in planning and scheduling activities.
- Exceptional Organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills.

Our client is seeking an upbeat, fast paced training administrator to join their learning and development team. Sitting within the People Services Team, you would report to the Manager of Learning & Development and be responsible for maintaining highly efficient administrative processes, coordinating and scheduling in the areas of training, learning and organisational development. This is an opportunity to get exposure to a large global business with an office based here in Perth. This is a permanent role being offered as either full time or part-time Flexibility to work 2 days/week from home or flexible school hours are on offer.
