- Working from home opportunities following initial training
- Update training database with current certificates, internal and external training and licenses
- Manage training and competency records of all personnel and ensure legislative and HSECQ requirements are met
- Maintain LMS system with enrolments for new employees and removal of employees.
- Data management and certificate audits
- Document control maintenance
- Assist L&D Coordinator with management and follow up of bookings and supplier list
- Scanning, saving and filing of completed assessments
- Passion to learn new skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and cohesively within a team
- Prior experience in an administration role
- Natural customer service flare with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Confident with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Prior training experience within the construction or engineering sector (desirable)
- Hold a current drivers licence
- Working from home days once initial training has been completed
