The Team

What we are looking for:

This is a full-time position offered on an ongoing basis. We need an enthusiastic person with either office administration experience or a desire to pursue an administrative role. The tasks assigned to this role are varied. You will perform basic office administration duties as well as more advanced roles around planning and communications.

As an organisation we promote flexible work conditions (where possible) so if you are looking for a level of flexibility this role is for you.

Note there is no weekend or late night work involved.


Your role will cover key responsibilities such as;

  • General and adhoc administration duties including collection and dropoff of training material, filing, monitoring, and ordering office supplies.
  • Preparing (not developing) all the course material for public and inagency training programs with a high level of attention to detail and presentation.
  • Booking venues and catering for all public courses.
  • Settingup and packingdown each public training course.
  • Creating and scheduling the Video Conference Meetings (Zoom and/or MS Teams) for our online training programs.

Essential Criteria:


  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent organisational and time/priority management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Skilled at verbal & written communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Desirable Criteria:


  • Previous experience working in an office administration role
  • Previous experience in, or an understanding of event planning (e.g., booking venues, approving invoices etc.)
