The Role:
Legal Assistant


  • Diary Management: Efficiently managing schedules, appointments, and deadlines for partners and practitioners.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organising travel itineraries and accommodations for team members.
  • Document Drafting and Amending: Preparing and editing legal documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to high standards.
  • Billing: Assisting with billing tasks to ensure prompt and precise invoicing.
  • Adhoc Tasks: Handling various administrative tasks and projects as needed by the team.
  • Legal Support Experience: Approximately 2 years or more of legal secretarial support experience, preferably in the field of commercial law or related areas.
  • Client Focus: Demonstrated commitment to delivering highlevel secretarial support with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Deadline-Oriented: Proven ability to excel under pressure, meet deadlines, and work autonomously.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective stakeholder management abilities, both internally and externally.
