The opportunity

An opportunity exists to be part of our thriving team in this unique role which will see you based onsite with one of our largest clients.

The client is a very well known brand who have recently experienced a huge increase in demand for their warehousing and logistics requirements.

This a role that has the potential to define your career.

You will be responsible for Workforce Planning and deploy your Rostering & Scheduling expertise to ensure adequate staffing levels that best meet the needs of key client stakeholders.

Partnering with a dedicated Recruitment team, you will collaborate on upcoming staffing projects and seasonal workforce requirements.

Who you are

We are interested in hearing from you if you are an experienced Workforce Manager or Planner, or have a strong background in Rostering or Scheduling, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

You may already be working Warehousing & Logistics arena, but this is not essential.

We are offering a base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 (based on your level of experience).
