    Job Description

    You will have a pivotal role within the Atradius Australia business through providing excellent customer service to our team of Australia, New Zealand & Global Account Managers. You will also be responsible for delivering products and services in a timely and customer-oriented way. You will already have a Visa to live and work in Australia, or have PR or are an Australian Citizen.

  • Understanding how credit Insurance works
  • Understanding how your role fits into the wider business and what value you can add
  • Engaging with internal customers and building fulfilling long-term relationships.
  • New technology and creating efficiencies through embracing new systems.

    In this position your key responsibilities will be:
  • Responsible for providing credit management services to our team of Account Managers and New Business Underwriters, i.e. creating and providing documentation, for corporate credit databases
  • Collaborating with various departments within the Atradius Oceania business to finalize new business opportunities and renew existing clients in a timely manner
  • Understanding, the appropriate delegation, competency level and business segment for policy structures, county requirements, legal aspects and where necessary cultural sensitivities
  • Ensuring ongoing update of client files
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
