About the role:

As a
Client Advisor within our
Victorian Boutiques (Armadale, Brighton, David Jones Chadstone, David Jones Melbourne, South Yarra), we are looking to create excellent client experiences and contribute to the stores success in achieving targets.

Positions are available in a full-time, part-time or casual capacity.

This role will:

Be a Scanlan Theodore brand ambassador in all areas and lead by example
Consistently strive to deliver an exceptional client experience
Naturally create loyal customers with a positive and professional attitude
Continually seek to develop new clients while maintaining existing relationships
Accurately and efficiently complete all store operations administration
Maintain boutique brand standards in terms of appearance, cleanliness & visual merchandising
Team player, establishing workable and effective relationships with all colleagues
Ability to work under pressure, responsible, is highly organised, uses initiative and works proactively

Who you are:

Experience in a similar position
Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets and KPIs
A brand ambassador by building and growing relationships
Minimum 23 days availability across Monday to Sunday
