About the role
As a
Boutique Manager within our
New South Wales Boutiques, you will be a brand ambassador for Scanlan Theodore.

You will assist leading the store, develop client relationships and work collaboratively with your team to drive a strong sales result.

We are currently recruiting for our David Jones Bondi, David Jones Sydney, Macquarie and The Strand Boutiques.

You will take ownership as a leader to:

Be a pivotal brand ambassador for Scanlan Theodore, upholding company policies and procedures
Manage the Boutique effectively, leading by example
Drive the team to achieve success
Inspire and motivate your team, identifying individual potential and facilitating developmental opportunities
Create a positive team culture which promotes high employee performance while maintaining a clientcentric approach

Who you are

Previous experience in a retail management position
A clientcentric customer service approach
Proven success in team member coaching or development
Full time availability on a Tuesday to Saturday rotation
