How you will make a difference

As the Head of People, you will be responsible for driving initiatives that support the culture and high performance of our team in line with the strategic direction of the business.

We have made good progress on several of our strategic goals for FY23 and with your expertise, we will continue to put our people first.

As a trusted adviser within the Leadership Team you will influence the direction of the company in relation to the people strategy and lead the people function of the business.

Your other core responsibilities will be focused on:

• Developing and implementing our people strategy
• The development of our people through the oversight and management of performance and engagement activities
• Driving a workplace culture that creates a highperforming, engaged team
• Working with our external business partners to attract, retain and develop key talent.

You

You will be a contemporary HR leader and an accomplished, trusted business adviser who will engage, influence and advise colleagues at every level of the business.

With strong generalist knowledge as well as experience in strategic planning, you will enjoy a multifaceted role, from managing day to day human services to embedding a comprehensive People Strategy within the business.

You will be experienced in coaching leaders to uplift capability across the company and share knowledge and ideas to tackle workforce challenges.

With strong human resources acumen and experience in change management, you will thrive in a business that is experiencing a strong growth phase.

Able to flex from strategic to operational priorities with ease, you will enjoy working with a diverse group of professional environmental consultants from all corners of the globe.

Experience in recruitment and IR would be helpful but is not essential. Capabilities in talent management, building and developing remote teams, and facilitating workforce mobility would be a strong advantage.

• Employee engagement score increasing
• A strong retention rate
• A People Development Framework embedded, with individual development plans in place for everyone and career pathways communicated
• A competency framework developed
• Staff resourcing at efficient, manageable levels
• Succession planning framework and plan in place
• All major HR functions systematically supported
• Timely support and coaching provided to managers in regard to people performance
• External People Partners delivering to scope, budget and on time
