    We have a unique opportunity for you to join forces with one of the industry's leading Childcare Recruitment Agencies as a Talent Acquisition Recruitment Agent. This role is on a full-time basis, and our Head Office is located in Gladesville, 2111. Here, you'll craft innovative talent acquisition strategies that are high in quality and have the chance to redefine talent acquisition in an organisation that's setting the industry standard.

    The Role
    Partner closely with other Talent Acquisition Consultants and Childcare Centres nationally to take ownership of the entire recruitment process. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader, working within a collaborative HR team environment your role will see you responsible for the following:

    • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles across the business
    • Ensuring compliance and reference checks are completed.
    • Building and managing relationships with recruitment partners.
    • End to end recruitment, including issuing contracts and supporting candidates with onboarding.
    • Working with service managers to creatively find recruitment solutions in remote areas.
    • Completing regular care calls with new starters, referring them to our additional support and training resources where required

    The Candidate

    • Demonstrated experience in a Talent Acquisition role within a fast paced, corporate environment.
    • Solid experience with the whole life-cycle recruitment process.
    • Ability to build and nurture candidate relationships and talent pools.
    • A good understanding of Early Childhood Education roles and generalist positions.
    • Strong verbal and influencing skills.
    • Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders.
    • Excellent planning and project management skills.
