The Role
***Partner closely with other Talent Acquisition Consultants and Childcare Centres nationally to take ownership of the entire recruitment process.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader, working within a collaborative HR team environment your role will see you responsible for the following:

Managing the endtoend recruitment process for a wide range of roles across the business
Ensuring compliance and reference checks are completed.
Building and managing relationships with recruitment partners.
Working with service managers to creatively find recruitment solutions in remote areas.
Completing regular care calls with new starters, referring them to our additional support and training resources where required
Demonstrated experience in a Talent Acquisition role within a fast paced, corporate environment.
Solid experience with the whole lifecycle recruitment process.
A good understanding of Early Childhood Education roles and generalist positions.
Strong verbal and influencing skills.
Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders.
Excellent planning and project management skills.
