The Opportunity
This role is based in our newly renovated Pyrmont office for 2-3 days per week.
The remainder of the week may be worked from home and at times, visiting key sites to develop relationships with our managers and learning about our business in depth.

What you'll be responsible for
- Supporting TA specialists in creative sourcing strategies by optimising our search tools
- Administrative tasks including managing requests for police, reference and medical checks, as well as managing invoicing
- Focussing on diversity initiatives to ensure balanced shortlists focussed on inherent role requirements
What you'll need to be successful
- Able to work at pace with a lot of balls in the air i.e. you must demonstrate experience managing effectively across competing priorities
- Experience in a recruitment or customer service opportunity highly regarded
- Excellent system skills with the ability to pick up things quickly
- Graduates considered
