As a People Services Officer you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional human resources and administration services to all team members throughout the employment lifecycle.

In this hands-on role, your success is achieved through exceptional attention to detail, organisational capability, and a drive to provide an awesome team member experience.

Key accountability areas include:

HR advisory management
Manage onboarding and offboarding activities
Ensure all employment changes are accurately managed
Partner with external providers to coordinate employment contracts
Maintain accurate and up to date team member records
Data reporting, including HR metrics, WGEA and Company engagement program
Coordinate probation review process with leaders

Critical thinking and problem solving.
Data reporting using relevant systems (e.g., Chris21)
