    The Role
  • In this position you will be expected to:
  • Manage sales forecasting and drive sales results
  • Manage and lead a team of sales consultants with varied levels of experience
  • Recruit, train and maintain a high performance sales team and culture
  • Collaborate with inhouse Finance, Design and Estimating teams to assist in streamlining the sales experience for our customers
  • Develop and effectively communicate sales strategies to key stakeholders
  • Ensure the number and location of display homes are positioned in a key market areas to achieve traffic, enquiry and sales targets
  • Collaborate with new product designers to ensure standard and display product is competitively positioned in key market segments
  • Align with the Marketing Manager to ensure marketing activates drive enquiry to achieve sales targets

You

Excellent communication, competency in high level leadership and a strong work ethic will see you succeeding in this role, together with:

  • Extensive experience in a senior management role, leading a large team
  • Proven new homes sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of residential building processes and practices
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Proven competency in developing and maintaining a high performance sales culture
  • Ability to perform in a competitive environment
  • C Class Driver's License
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Highly developed communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong, positive leadership, focused on developing talent and continuous improvement
  • High levels of emotional intelligence and selfawareness
  • Previous experience in successfully developing and implementing sales processes and high performance frameworks
  • Be open to feedback, personal growth and development
  • Strong alignment to ABN Group's values
