Our client are looking for a highly motivated, committed and innovative individual to lead the People in the Distribution centre.
The role will include:
- Lead talent management & succession planning strategy & (right people, right time, right place) processes and ensure these are aligned with the business standards & to deliver optimal business results
- Lead Employee Relations & Supplier Relationship negotiations (Vendor Management)
- Lead implementation of key projects, incl. initiatives, and implement or develop new HR strategies to optimise the business as needed.
- Lead and execute regular Organisational Health Assessment (with support from HR Delivery) and drive improvements as needed.
- Create an optimal and productive work environment with high employee commitment and engagement
- Lead and coach team members regarding development and career options
Whats required:
- Previous experience in HR function within a DC, preferred.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailoriented with strong stakeholder (internal customer) management and negotiation skills.
- Results driven, demonstrating, tenacity, drive and perseverance, with the ability to deliver in a complex, highly demanding environment.
- Great communicator and able to engage people easily.
- An enabler and facilitator helping teams and stakeholders to work together to deliver value.
