EL - Director, Program Management Office:

  • Opportunity for people with strategic program/project management and procurement/contract management experience
  • Provide leadership to, and management of, a Program Management Office in a leading National Cultural Institution
  • Work as part of the senior leadership team in a in a supportive and flexible workplace

The Library is seeking to fill the leadership role of
Director, PMO (Executive Level 2) on an ongoing basis.


The Director, PMO provides transparent governance of enterprise-wide programs/projects and works with program and project managers to help them deliver on their objectives.

They also provide guidance and data to inform Executive decision making on investment planning and strategic resource allocation.


The Director, PMO will have excellent leadership and management capability for leading and managing the operations of PMO and its staff.

To see you succeed in this role it is highly desirable that you have experience:

  • in providing strategic advice on program/project management.
- working in procurement/contract management in a public sector environment.
