  • Reference We are seeking a dedicated and resultsdriven Account Manager to join our dynamic team working for a leading supplier of interior architectural products. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with joineries and kitchen makers, two crucial segments of our client base. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth, foster client satisfaction, and ensure seamless communication between our company and our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders within joineries and kitchen makers.
Understand clients' specific needs, preferences, and pain points, and provide tailored solutions that align with our product offerings.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Regularly conduct on-site visits to client locations to better understand their operations, gather feedback, and strengthen relationships.


Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities within the joinery and kitchen maker segments and create strategies to penetrate these markets effectively.


Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives that resonate with the needs of these specific client groups.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, gather market intelligence, and promote our products and services.


Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by presenting and promoting our interior architectural products to clients, demonstrating their value and benefits.


Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations that address clients' unique requirements and emphasize the value proposition of our products.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure mutual satisfaction while maximizing profitability.


Client Support and Service:

  • Collaborate closely with the customer support team to ensure seamless order processing, accurate delivery, and timely resolution of any issues that may arise.
Monitor clients' usage patterns, preferences, and feedback to proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and custom product offerings.


Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the interior architectural products space.
Analyze market data to identify emerging opportunities and challenges, and share insights with the team to inform strategic decision-making.


Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions, sales activities, and relevant communications using CRM tools or other designated systems.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for management review.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).


Proven experience (3+ years) as an Account Manager or in a sales role, preferably within the interior architectural products industry.

Solid understanding of joinery and kitchen maker businesses, processes, and needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at various organizational levels.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales and communication tools.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel regularly to client sites and industry events.
