- Work closely with the Trading, Sales, Engineering, Global Operations and Clients to eliminate manual interventions and improve STP.
- Daily exception monitoring and resolution – this includes but not limited to trade allocations, confirmations, breaks, and fails management
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally (clients, custodians, exchanges
- Analyze, determine root cause and drive remediation of post trade manual interventions through configuration, change of behavior and/or technology change.

We partner with all areas of the firm to deliver corporate advisory, sales and trading and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. Alongside that vital service delivery role, Operations provides essential risk management and control, preserving and enhancing the firm's assets and its reputation.
Sydney Local Market Operations includes Middle Office and Settlement teams providing front to back support covering multiple products but predominantly listed equities, futures, foreign exchange and fixed income.
