Join us in this Application Support Analyst role, and ensure our people are equipped with the tools required to do a great job.

In this hands on role you will:

Develop and maintain documentation and ensure change management processes are followed.
Coordinate and liaise with internal Technology team and 3rd party vendors around proposed fixes or updates.
Work closely with consultants and vendors to manage and improve core packaged systems.
Log and monitor support calls to 3rd party vendors in line with support agreements and providing supporting documents and information as requested.
Maintain a high level of customer service and respond in a timely manner to service requests and issues.

You're passionate about customer services and tech, and have exceptional communication skills.
You have a tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in the Technology field.
You enjoy working independently and collaboratively with a team that is at the heart of our organisation.
