Join us in this Application Support Analyst role, and ensure our people are equipped with the tools required to do a great job.


In this hands on role you will:

  • Develop and maintain documentation and ensure change management processes are followed.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal Technology team and 3rd party vendors around proposed fixes or updates.
  • Work closely with consultants and vendors to manage and improve core packaged systems.
  • Log and monitor support calls to 3rd party vendors in line with support agreements and providing supporting documents and information as requested.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and respond in a timely manner to service requests and issues.

  • You're passionate about customer services and tech, and have exceptional communication skills.
  • You have a tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in the Technology field.
  • You enjoy working independently and collaboratively with a team that is at the heart of our organisation.
  • You're great at building and nurturing productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and of many diverse backgrounds.
