About the duties

Promote SOL partnered institutions and their courses to international students in an ethical and professional manner;
Communicate to understand students' needs and develop suitable study plans that meet their academic records, English level and needs;
Counsel and collaborate effectively with students and their parents to finalise their course selection;
Maintain comprehensive records and documentation in accordance with the SOL Edu system;
Collaborate well with admissions team to facilitate admissions processes for students;
Assist in organising events/exhibitions and other promotional activities;
Attend professional training activities orgasnised by the company;
Other tasks as directed.

About you

Graduate or currently attending high education courses at an Australian institutions;
Passion for customer service
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Willingness to help students at all times;
Understand and value the multicultural working environment.
