About the position

  • Film, edit and publish compelling digital content for distribution across our core channels
  • Manage our YouTube and TikTok channels, ensuring consistent branding, highquality content, and optimal performance.
  • Develop compelling and engaging video content ideas to align with marketing strategy
  • Produce high quality video content and digital assets across a variety of organic, owned, and paid channels
  • Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to align video content with our overall marketing strategies
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online video production, social media, and digital marketing
  • Conduct research and gather insights to identify video trends and use this knowledge to propose creative and captivating content ideas.
  • Support daytoday operations by actively contributing to creative idea generation, brainstorming sessions, and content planning meetings.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience in video content development using the Adobe suite including Adobe Premiere and After Effects (showcasing your skills through a portfolio or showreel is required).
  • Indepth knowledge of overall postproduction processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Understanding of optimising video content for online/social platforms is desirable.
  • Keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to translate marketing strategies into captivating video content.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proactive, well organised, and solution oriented.
  • Proactive attitude towards staying updated with the latest video trends, technologies, and techniques.
  • This role would suit a junior with 05 years of experience.
