This role is ideal for an experienced workers compensation professional with strong knowledge of the WA legislation and a passion for coaching and mentoring.

This is a permanent full-time role with the opportunity for a 9-day fortnight once you have passed probation.


The Role:


  • Providing training, coaching and mentoring for th team
  • Reviewing and providing feedback about current claims management practices, legislative changes, and procedures ensuring emerging trends are identified and managed
  • Developing strategic initiatives and procedures to ensure all service, performance, and compliance measures are achieved
  • Building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You:


  • Strong technical experience and knowledge within workers compensation scheme
  • Experience in managing relationships and competing stakeholder priorities
  • Exceptional problemsolving and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience in coaching and supporting others

Benefits
