    Description

    My client, a large global company is looking for a payroll admin to join for a minimum period of 6 months This is a great opportunity to learn from some of the best leaders in the Payroll world and gain some valuable exposure to complex payrolls - full and detailed training will be provided.

    2 days' work from home | Unlimited parking on site | Ideally looking for an immediate start (will wait 1 week notice period)

    Duties:

    • Timely review and processing of new starter documentation
    • Collect, review, and process timesheets, ensuring all entries are complete and accurate
    • Enter employee attendance data into the payroll system
    • Assist in tracking and managing employee leave requests, including vacation, sick leave, and other types of absences
    • Address any discrepancies or issues related to timesheets and attendance, working collaboratively with Payroll Manager
    • Maintain accurate records of attendance and hours worked

    About you:

    • At least 12 months experience within a payroll admin or officer role
    • Unlimited working rights in Australia
    • A vehicle and licence - this location isn't the closest to public transport
    • Must have used some large payroll systems (i.e. SAP, Micropay, Preceda, Kronos)
    • Good communication skills, with an ability to learn quickly
