We are seeking a

Payroll Administrator to join the team. This role will work in support of our Business Services Manager, in the management and delivery of the regular payroll cycle for our Australian based employees. Responsible for payroll processing for over 300 Australian based employees, you will work closely with our external payroll provider to maintain payroll information and data. Ensuring accuracy and management to payroll deadlines, you will support 3P in delivering a business-critical service to our business.

This role will be permanent part time, ideally working flexibly (equivalent of 3 days per week).

What you will be doing:

Monthly payroll processing within ADP PayLine for ~300 employees.
Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain and update payroll information.
Process & preparing employee termination calculations.
Input of casual hours into ADP PayLine and ensure appropriate approvals from supervisors.
Input of superannuation details.
Ensure leave details and leave accruals are processed correctly.
Other ad hoc duties as they arise including addressing finance & audit queries on payroll matters.
Preparing and submitting payroll tax for all states and territories in Australia.
Ensuring the HR system, ADP PayLine, and Finance data matches for payroll.
Take ownership of payroll processes and data with high level of accuracy and timeliness.
Work with various teams and employees across the business to ensure all payroll details are correct.
