About the company
Our client are based in Ocean Reef.

A license for 85 children each day, with four large rooms - from Nursery to Kindergarten and are fully staffed.

The majority of their educators have worked at the centre for over five years and through this time have come to know all families very well.

With a play based, stimulating curriculum is based on the Early Years' Learning Framework and their rooms - from Nursery to Kindergarten
- are all geared with this in mind. They help to develop colourful, engaging programs accounting for each child's individual interests, needs and strengths; and with each step are ensuring the children are ready to take the big step into schooling.


About the role
Help, support and assist our educators in both of their nursery rooms. Support senior educators with their creations for programmes. Creating life changing experiences for children is what drives everyone in the service.

Everyday their teachers and educators put their passion into practice, building deep connections with families and bonds with children that last a lifetime.

Skills & experience

  • Minimum of Diploma qualification.
  • Sound understanding of the developmental needs of children aged 05 years.
  • Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
