About the role Help, support and assist our clients across their service.

If you are a Room Leader, you will be able to lead from the front to arrange a fun-filled/educational day for all involved.

Creating life-changing experiences for children to allow them to explore and learn with play.

Skills & experience

ACECQA Approved Diploma Qualification
Current Working with Children Check
Current National Police Clearance Certificate (Desirable)
Current approved First Aid Certificate / Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
Sound understanding of the developmental needs of children aged 05 yrs
Strong Knowledge & exp of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF),
Strong Knowledge & exp of the National Quality Standards (NQS)
Permanent Resident/Citizen
Effective communication skills with families, staff and children
Beautiful and warm present to allow the existing team and children to know you are there to assist
2 x professional references from a past employer

Desirable

Flu Vaccination (May-Sept)
Some centres require 2 x Covid19 vaccinations
Any additional certificates eg CPR

As part of your role, you will be working with young children and those who are vulnerable.

It is your obligation to always ensure their safety and report any concerns that you have, in line with our duty of care obligations.

You will be required to regularly provide the necessary

Working with Children Check
Police Clearances
Reference Checks from a previous Manager.
