With a commitment to innovation and client satisfaction, they are currently seeking an experiences Client Services Manager in Perth for a mixed commercial portfolio.

You will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships, ensuring the seamless delivery of our facilities services, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong client relationships to understand and exceed their unique needs.
Act as the primary point of contact, fostering clear communication channels and swift issue resolution.

Service Delivery Oversight:

Oversee the delivery of facilities services, upholding high standards of quality and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement service enhancement strategies.

Contract Management:

Manage client contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to negotiate contract renewals and modifications.

Problem Resolution:

Proactively identify and address client concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
Implement preventative measures to minimize potential service disruptions.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure a cohesive approach to service delivery, exceeding client expectations.
Provide leadership and support to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Proven track record in client services management within the cleaning services industry.
Commercial facilities and operations experience would be desirable
Indepth understanding of facility management principles, practices and operations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problemsolving skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fastpaced environment.
