In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the assessment of Controls across the AML alert Investigation lifecycle, and work with FCTM Stakeholders and Business Assurance partners to ensure the Operations control environment is continuously improving.

Upon determination of additional controls (or approach to mitigation), the AML Operations Excellence Manager - Controls, is responsible for determining roles and responsibilities as they relate to the execution of the controls, and ensuring the authority of personnel performing those controls is clearly documented in sufficient detail to enable consistent performance/execution.

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders, all levels of employees and management.
Proven analytical, influencing, and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to identify risks and impacts as well as possible solutions and execute corrective action
Strong influencing skills
Experienced in the design and implementation of Key Controls across an operational environment.
Knowledge of banking and finance sector with exposure to financial crime beneficial.
Motivated to drive change and support NWOW.
