About the role

Our newly formed Financial Wellbeing, Research and Design (FWRD) team will accelerate ANZ's purpose of shaping a world where people and communities thrive and our ability to improve financial wellbeing through three distinct components:

Financial Wellbeing:
Delivering better customer and commercial outcomes by supporting the delivery of purpose driven products, services, and experiences.

Research:
Improving our understanding of financial health, human financial decision making and promising global innovations.

This role will be accountable for collaborating across the group, developing, and embedding financial wellbeing strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive financial wellbeing strategy that supports the goal of ANZ

Build relationships with stakeholders across the group to understand their needs, communicate financial wellbeing objectives and foster trust.

Analyse market trends and research industry best practices to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Collaborate with behavioural scientists and the broader FWRD team to design new financial products, services, and experiences.

Manage partnerships with external organisations to identify new revenue streams that support the financial wellbeing of customers.

As a leader, you will drive an ongoing assessment of our opportunities and impact to maximize organizational capability and customer benefit.

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands or 242 Pitt Street, Sydney.
