About the role

The administration officers in the Emergency Department (ED) are integral members of the multidisciplinary team, and responsible for the provision of all administrative functions and services necessary to support the team, and to deliver safe and effective care to patients and their families.

Well-developed customer service skills

The ability to work as part of a diverse team

A strong commitment to high quality care

High degree of flexibility

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Experience in a hospital or health care setting desirable
