Human Centred Design Product Manager to play an integral role in the delivery of a business-wide Non-Financial Risk Improvement Program within this Big 4 Bank.

As Product Manager you will be responsible for re-imagining the new frameworks for all Non-Financial Risk processes; Leading Workshops, creating Prototypes and the transition to Desired State.

You will be working with stakeholders across a wide variety of Business Units and at all levels of seniority.

This role would suit a Change Management professional with experience of using Human Centred Design frameworks. You will have experience across Financial Services or Consulting, while exposure to Risk program would be highly beneficial.

Excellent Communication skills are required and you should be able to demonstrate a Learning mindset and the ability to take accountability and represent the wider team in meetings and negotiations.

This is a 12-Month Contract role with a view to extend or convert to Permanent.
