Role Overview:

Reporting to the Collections Team Leader, you will be responsible for assisting customers who are experiencing financial hardship to find tailored solutions that are fair for all parties.

About You:

23 years' minimum experience within Mortgage Collections
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in dealing with security loan facilities and mortgage recovery proceedings
A solutions and service approach
You work well in a fast paced, target driven environment
You are resilient and empathetic
Proven influencing and negotiation skills
Exceptional communication skills; verbal and written
