They are continuously seeking ways to enhance their service delivery operational efficiencies and are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support their high performing workforce.

So, what's involved?

As People & Culture Coordinator, you will report directly to the Executive General Manager, People & Culture.

You will have responsibility for servicing the internal workforce, by coordinating and managing uniform requests, project managing any related uniform queries and requests.


Working in partnership with the organisations' people leaders and broader People & Culture team, you will steer Unform Coordinators across the organisation to ensure that requests are acted upon efficiently.


The big-ticket items:

Manage the dedicated phone line and inbox;
Provide exceptional customer service as the main point of contact for uniform related queries;
Project manage an internal charitable initiative, recycling old uniforms to be repurposed;
Take ownership of and drive the consistent development and delivery of wider uniform strategies and policies; and

Manage the relationship of uniform suppliers and undertake the review of service.

Your background


You will have experience supporting a portfolio of staff and guiding them through complex people-management issues, including investigations into potential misconduct or grievances.

You will be well-versed in Enterprise Agreement negotiations and interpretation. And have gained exposure to a highly regulated and compliance driven industry.

The role will require occasional travel across the region; you must have a full driver's licence.

You will ideally hold a related bachelor's degree in human resources or management.


It will be essential that you demonstrate the values of the organisation and are passionate about the service offering of the organisation.
