- Create a brilliant first impression as you welcome all guests to the office – ensure all sign-in and security measures are met whilst maintaining a professional and courteous manner.
- Managing incoming lines of enquiries over the phone and emails; directing calls to the correct contact and providing accurate information when possible to support enquiries.
- Monitoring and maintaining data in a confidential manner.
- Database and admin management.
- Client contact and liaison on behalf of team as required.
- General office admin and maintaining office cleanliness.
- Organising couriers, stationary and any other office needs.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with general office duties, i.e. Creditors, Debtors, Filing, data entry.
- Previous experience in a receptionist role is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in multitasking and maintaining focus under high-pressure circumstances
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- A 'can do' attitude with the willingness to learn
- Must be able to work
