THE CLIENT
The company is one of Australia's most rapidly growing businesses. They are looking for a junior Accounts Payable to support the Financial Controller and the Senior Accounts Payable.

THE ROLE

  • Assist and support the accounts' payable function and Finance team
  • Processing invoices with Purchase Order


  • Reconciliation

  • Statement reconciliations
  • Assist in resolving supplier queries
  • Assist in managing accounts mailbox
  • Payment allocation

THE PERSON

  • Accounts Payable experience but not essential
  • Would also consider graduates looking for their first roles in accounting
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong work ethics and happy to help team members
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Experience using Netsuite is a plus
