About the organisation

Due to further change and transformation within the business, this organisation is now looking to appoint a Health and Wellbeing Specialist on a 12 month fixed term contract, to drive and implement health and wellbeing initiatives across the business.

About the role

Reporting to the Manager, Health and Wellbeing, you will work closely with the HR Business Partners and HSE Business Partners to drive and embed initiatives across all levels of the business


Specifically, you will:
Provide specialist advice and support to managers, leaders, staff, and stakeholders on best practice Health and Wellbeing principles and concepts;
Implement and deliver Health and Wellbeing strategies, systems, processes, and support services;
Provide oversight of a triaged workers compensation and injury management process, promoting an early intervention approach;
Develop and deliver training sessions to promote awareness and understanding of health and wellbeing practices; and

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement initiatives that enhance employee well-being.

Professional qualifications will be complemented by exceptional personal drive, a high level of resilience, personal integrity, and commitment to deliver.

You will demonstrate experience in a similar health and wellbeing role and are open to and adept at working at both strategic levels and rolling your sleeves up to do what is required to ensure you and your teams actions translate into delivery.
