About the Company

About the role

Provide high-level administrative support to a Partner in the Corporate practice group.

Assist with drafting and editing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Prepare correspondence, memos, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.

Organise and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and document management.

Assist with billing and time entry tasks, including reviewing and editing invoices.

Coordinate document production and distribution for client meetings, presentations, and transactions.

Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategy and client needs.

Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience as a legal secretary or administrative assistant in a corporate or law firm environment.

Strong knowledge of corporate legal terminology, procedures, and document formats.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and legal software (e.g., document management systems).

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, including proofreading and editing legal documents.
