Our client is looking for a Release Manager for an initial 6 month contract.

Working with business stakeholders, you will be responsible for implementing and managing release processes through development, test, and production environments including:

  • Forward plan the release windows and cycles across program and coordinate deployments.
  • Work collaboratively with all participants in software development.
  • Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Conduct Release Readiness reviews.
  • Develop cutover plans, manage the release checklist process, and maintain appropriate records to support auditing.
  • Communicate release details and schedules to the business as required.

Essential Skills and Experience:


  • 35 years demonstrated successful experience as Release Manager or equivalent role
  • Experience in developing and implementing an IT release management process.
  • Certification or formal training in project management/Scrum master
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
