Our client develops learning solutions to create unique and engaging training solutions that deliver long-term measurable behavior change.
About the role
They are seeking a motivated project coordinator to join the team. The role is currently for 4 days but you can negotiate these hours over 5 days if you prefer.
This is a small and dynamic team and is a fully work-from-home option and no requirement to attend face-to-face meetings.
As a result, this is a role well suited to someone who likes taking a broad brief and defining the steps to achieve the required outcome.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients about project status, timeframes and scope
- Understanding and progressively defining requirements
- Maintaining a detailed awareness of all projects and project requirements
- Creating and maintaining project documentation (i.e., creating project schedules, kick off agendas and meeting minutes; ensuring the correct management of project related files)
- Coordinating work with the team and providing direction as required
- Sourcing and managing contractors where needed
Skills and experience

_ Strong written and verbal communication_ - succinct and clear communicator who can distil information down to what the client/team member needs to know, and to clearly and simply ask for what is needed.

- strong focus on what needs to happen to achieve outcomes, not who is at fault for what. Enjoys talking to people and finds it easy to make positive professional relationships.
_ Experience in an equivalent role_*:
- minimum of two years in a similar role, preferably with experience managing multi-step client reviews and approvals.
_ Natural inclination to bring order__ _- experience with defining processes that need to be followed based on each situation, and bringing everyone along for the ride.

- attentive to all of the details in every aspect of the work being done, both for yourself and in the work of others

_ Technically capable_ - comfortable and experienced with learning, using and, ideally, identifying new technologies that are useful and make life easier.

Highly proficient in MS Office Suite
- Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Google equivalents
Desirable requirements
- Experience with Trello and Smartsheet that would be an advantage
- Any experience with instructional design, programming, opensource systems, animation, or graphic design is a plus
