    Service Owner CVP Development

    Full-time Permanent

    Location – Sydney

    Hybrid Working (2 days on-site)

    How will I Help?

    As the Service Owner Customer value proposition within Cash and Transactional Banking, you play a critical role in driving growth and compelling value propositions as the voice of customer aligned across key priority segments in Business and Consumer everyday transactional and savings banking. You will Champion the CVP and customer insights and ensure delivery teams stay true to our vision as they build towards the future state.

    You will be responsible for discovering the needs, pains and opportunities for priority customer segments and have a deep understanding of the business measures of success the division is striving to achieve. Designing unique and compelling value propositions that will deliver the designed customer outcomes for the business. Whilst working in a collaborative/integrated manner across strategy, customer intelligence and customer journey squads.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead a squad that designs and develops compelling market leading customer propositions and product offerings to win in targeted/priority segments.
    • Conduct competitor and market analysis, identify emerging competitors and propositions.
    • Design concepts, hypothesises to test, and work with research chapter to test the, iterate and improve on the new product and service designs.
    • Run immersion sessions and showcases with key stakeholders to show case work, bring to life the designs and voice of customer.
    • Evaluate initiatives using the DVF framework (Desirable, Viable, Feasible,) and prioritise ideas using robust method that meet strategic, business and customer needs and are justified through data modelling.
    • Develop commercialization approach and business case including, sizing of the opportunity identification of measures of success, benefits drivers.
    • Define the target state customer experience for priority segments and product offerings covering all channels and touchpoints.

    What do I need?

    • Strong people leadership experience and a proven track record in leading high performing teams.
    • Proven experience in designing value proposition including new products and services within the finance industry.
    • Experienced within Agile project methodologies and ways of working.
    • Depth of knowledge of industry and product.
    • Extensive research experience and understanding of customer journey.
    • Proven ability to guide and influence decision making at GM/GM1 level.
    • Practical and passionate in delivery of concepts, demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of risk management and assurance concepts.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills (PPT, Sketch, Adobe, Mural, Miro Axure).
