The Integration & Design Manager underpins the sustainability and growth of EML through the design and implementation of our customer value proposition.

The position will be key in understanding both our prospective and current customer profiles, and building, efficient and effective operational models that support each prospective and transitioning client.


The primary objective is to ensure that the specification of each client is handled with care and that the client and teams are enabled to establish themselves in a best practice compliant environment aligned to the core performance indicators.

Further, this position is critical in being a feedback loop for continuous improvement in our growth strategies.


The role will also be responsible for transformative change for major and or changing clients and at times, enterprise programs and projects.

This will be a
permanent, full-time position based in the
Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement, forecast and drive the strategic direction, performance and sustainability of the Integration and Design function. Oversee and contribute to the design of scalable, efficient, and effective customercentric operating models across the EML Solutions business.
  • Working closely with other members of the Group Strategy function and Business Unit leaders, advise on improvements and enhancements to effective integration and service delivery for new and prospective clients and/or products.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation. Monitor, report and lead improvement initiatives to achieve the deliverables and commitments from transitions and to embed new clients.
  • Maintain awareness and communicate industry developments and trends and respond effectively to changes, including competitor CVPs and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ensure seamless transition and onboarding of new clients including the design and integration of client processes and systems.
  • Lead the Integration and Design team and ensure team objectives and deliverables are met across each business unit and in a consistent manner.
  • Working closely with other members of the Group Strategy function and the Business Unit leaders, to deploy project and design resources as required to strategic initiatives.

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar project or program role, working within in in a fastpaced business environment.
  • A demonstrated successful track record in embedding best practice across multiple business opportunities and delivering on business objectives & wide scope deliverables.
  • Experience in the personal injury claims management industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, people management skills, including team building, coaching and change management.
  • Excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills
