About the opportunity

Be part of a hospitality and retail operation that has multiple outlets that offer premium produce and service in a very relaxed and casual setting.

They have a range of food, beverage, and retail options under one roof.

The cafe arm of the business has a strong focus on premium coffee from a local supplier, with a range of in-house made fresh and healthy food.

Operational hours are Monday to Sunday, and this role will require a leader with open availability who will be working on a days only roster.

This is a very front and centre role, requiring a charismatic and organised team player who will shift manage and be responsible for key holder duties, whilst undertaking regular senior management duties including training, recruitment, customer service management, managing rosters, and stock management.
