About the opportunity

This is an amazing opportunity for a people-driven Venue Manager to step into a position with a growing entertainment group that is known for its family friendly operation and cafe that is busy 7 days a week from 8.30am to 5pm.

As the Venue Manager you will be seeking feedback from customers to improve daily service and offerings so being at the forefront of service and building rapport with regulars is key to being a successful leader in this role.

We are looking for a team player who has a passion for leadership, consistency, teamwork, training and coaching, and providing and demonstrating great customer service

Motivator; during the highs and lows you will be a natural at motivating
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills from dealing with customers face to face to coaching teams of 20+
