About the opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing support and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will collaborate with sales teams and vendors, working alongside a team that is dedicated to providing innovative solutions that meet their customers' needs and exceed their expectations.

Duties:

Efficiently process and manage sales quotes and orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct thorough reviews of incoming quotes and orders to verify proper configuration and completeness.
Enter all quotes and orders into the system promptly and accurately.
Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues related to ordering, ensuring smooth product delivery.
Maintain regular and effective communication with sales representatives, dealers, customers, and vendors to provide timely updates on order status.
Assist customers in product selection, order placement, and tracking of shipments.
Actively contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives for new business opportunities.

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience within Medical Devices, Healthcare or FMCG highly desirable
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong computer proficiency and experience using an ERP system e.g. SAP
Exceptional attention to detail
Proactive and positive nature
