About the opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing support and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will collaborate with sales teams and vendors, working alongside a team that is dedicated to providing innovative solutions that meet their customers' needs and exceed their expectations.


Duties:


  • Efficiently process and manage sales quotes and orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of incoming quotes and orders to verify proper configuration and completeness.
  • Enter all quotes and orders into the system promptly and accurately.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues related to ordering, ensuring smooth product delivery.
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with sales representatives, dealers, customers, and vendors to provide timely updates on order status.
  • Assist customers in product selection, order placement, and tracking of shipments.
  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives for new business opportunities.

Skills and Experience:


  • Previous experience within Medical Devices, Healthcare or FMCG highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong computer proficiency and experience using an ERP system e.g. SAP
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive and positive nature
