- Assist in the preparation of value add insights and strategic analysis for their market-leading mortgage business, participating in activity across FP&A, decision support, performance reporting and financial control.
- Preparation and input into the monthly performance reporting for designated product portfolio, including financial control deliverables and continual improvement of processes.
- Support budgeting and forecasting, providing insightful driver-based analysis to management and variance analysis.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis and input required by key stakeholders, including information for the profit announcement.
- Assist with regular financial and business analysis, including insights on business drivers, market dynamics and the competitive landscape where relevant.
- Assist in providing financial input on business assumptions for investment initiatives, product launches and major business decisions ensuring financial rigor is consistently applied.
- CA/CPA qualified.
- Strong experience in a financial performance management (monthly management reporting/forecasting).
- High level proficiency in financial modelling and trend analysis.
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and critical thinking skills.
- Capability to synthesise large volumes of data in order to draw out simple and succinct insights that can support better business conversations and outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage and present to stakeholders.
